Frank Swisher

Frank Swisher, age 81, of Bunola, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at home . He was a retired backhoe operator for Pennsylvania American Water in Elizabeth. He was an Army veteran. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping. Born June 30, 1935 in Elizabeth, he was a son of the late Robert C. and Sarah (Roberts) Swisher. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Lenora (Culmer) Swisher of Bunola; son, David (Lisa) Swisher of Elizabeth; son, Donald Swisher of Bunola; daughter, Kathy (Dean) Patterson of Elizabeth; son, Robert Swisher of Elizabeth Twp.; grandchildren, Brenda, Brandon, Macy, Shalyn and Samantha; great-grandchild, Connor; sisters, Lucille (Bud) Ripple of Forward Twp. and Lauretta Withers of Plano, TX; also, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 2-4 PM and 6-7:30 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 7:30 PM in Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jude Urso officiating.
