We are so sad to hear of Frank's Passing. We knew he was ill but that was the last we heard until returning to Rivers Edge this weekend and heard that he had passed. We will miss him. We were always looking for him walking by and stop to chat and loved seeing his photos. He always had a kind word and great smile. Duane and Mindy McKee
