Barbara K. (Brenyo) Verlich

Barbara K. (Brenyo) Verlich, age 67 of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday February 21, 2017 in Charles Morris Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh. Born October 15, 1949 in McKeesport, Barbara was the daughter of the late George and Rebecca (MacFarlane) Brenyo and retired as a clerk in the store room of Eastman Chemical Resins, Inc., West Elizabeth. Barbara is survived by her children: Rebecca Verlich of Clairton, A. Michael Fletcher of Oak Harbor, WA, and Bethany Verlich of Clairton; her grandchildren Kara, Michaela, and Christopher Verlich, Jaison Ford, Vince Brownfield, and Aaron Fletcher; her brother, George (Cathy) Brenyo of Orlando, FL; and also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Barbara will be greatly missed by her best friend Gracie.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday March 1, 2017 at 10am in Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church, Clairton. Arrangements are being handled by the A. J. Bekavac Funeral Home, Clairton. Memorial Contributions can be made in her name to ALS Association (Research) Gift Processing Center, P.O.Box 37022 Boone, IA 50037-0022.
