William R. Howden Sr.

William R. Howden Sr., age 83, of Elizabeth, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Jefferson Hospital. A retired truck driver for Better Materials Corp. in Bucks County, he enjoyed fishing, gardening and cats. Born October 7, 1942 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Paul Howden and Charlotte (Church) Ducarme. He is survived by his children, William R. (Kimberly) Howden Jr. of Lakewood, CO, Laurie (David) Teter of Ocklawaha, FL and Diane Reiss of Sellersville; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; half brothers, Douglas and Joseph Ducarme of Elizabeth Twp.; and dear friend and neighbor, Saria and family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Debra Smith. No visitation or services are planned.
