Wanda J. (Ward) Noll, age 74, of Harlingen, TX, formerly of Elizabeth, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian. A former member of Sts. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Twp., she retired as the former owner of Rostraver Auto Parts since 1976. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, building puzzles and reading books. She loved watching birds and taking care of her dog, Odie. Born March 13, 1951 in Hinton, WV, she was a daughter of the late Billie and Virginia (Whitten) Ward and wife of the late Francis A. “Frank” Noll. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra (James Smith) Kobielus of West Mifflin and Andrea Nash of Baden; son, Brian (Sonia Myers) Noll of Elizabeth Twp.; grandchildren, Matthew (Victory), Julie (Jayvon), Heidi, Morgan, Brianna and Brian (Brittany) Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jayvon Jr, Aviana, Kadyn, Caleb, Brian III and Bryson; brothers, Jessie Ward of Belle Vernon, Dannie Ward of Harlingen, TX and Billie Ward of Naoma, WV; also, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be Friday, March 13, 2026 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ed Slate officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
