Twylia I. (Steele) Urban

Twylia I. Urban, age 94 of Elizabeth, passed away Monday, July 6, 2026 at home. She retired as a nursing home aide at Southwestern Nursing Facility. She loved traveling, playing cards and bowling and was a member of the 500 Club. She loved the Steelers and Pirates and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born July 30, 1931 in Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Carrie (Sickles) Steele and wife of the late Robert C. Urban. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Dave) Thomas of Apollo; son, Sean Michael (Heather) Urban of Flint, MI; grandchildren, Eric, Michael, Jamye, Amber, Kari, Devi and Hunter; and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Urban; daughter, Valerie Little; grandson, Jeremy Little; granddaughter, Tiffani Mawhinney; three sisters, and one brother. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 11 AM until the time of service at 12 Noon with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery.
