Thomas "Pushy" Puskaric

Thomas “Pushy” Puskaric, born May 31, 1933, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 7, 2018.  He was the loving husband for 61 happy years of Bernadette “Bea” Puskaric; the loving father of son Gregory (Marlene) Puskaric and Connie M. Bedont; grandfather of Melanie (Rob) Vitous, Eric (Lauren) Bedont, Tommy (Hayley) Puskaric and Lynette (Logan) Puskaric; the “G-Pa” of five great-grandchildren Gavin, Sloan, and Fiona Puskaric and Dylan and Trevor Bedont; and is also survived by nieces and nephews.  Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Mildred (Grasak) and George Puskaric and sister Joanne (Dewey) Olinski.  He retired from US Steel and enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, playing cards, and spending time with his family.  Thomas will be deeply missed.  A private visitation and funeral service was held for his family in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, Versailles, with burial and military honors following in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Port Vue.
