Tammy L. (Kohut) Posa

Tammy L. Posa, age 64, of Forward Twp., passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Jefferson Hospital. She loved baking and cooking for her family, music, animals, crafts, puzzles, painting, gardening and fishing. But most of all she loved spending time with her grandson, Nicholas. Born October 11, 1960 in Forward Twp., she was a daughter of the late Terry and Norma (Behanna) Kohut. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joseph J. Posa; children, Amber (Mike) Naccarato of Rostraver Twp., Mary Joe Posa of Forward Twp. and Joseph J. (Taylor) Posa II of Forward Twp.; grandson, Nicholas; siblings, Brian (Shelly) Kohut of Forward Twp. and Donald (Rebecca) Kohut of White Oak; also, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Terry and Valerie Kohut. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 3-7 PM. A funeral service will be Thursday in the funeral home chapel at 10 AM with Pastor Gene Seighman officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
