Sally A. (Evans) Kail

Sally A. (Evans) Kail, age 79, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026 in Allegheny General Hospital. She saw the importance of education and earned three bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree, and retired as a teacher at Wilson Central High School in Lebanon, TN.  She enjoyed sewing and painting and loved to read and listen to opera and classical music. Born April 23, 1947 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Finley and Mary Margaret (Jamison) Evans and wife of the late Daniel Vrabel. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Craig) Edder of West Mifflin; sons, John (Mary Ann) Evans of Bethel Park and Justin Kail of Elizabeth Twp.; four grandchildren, Nathaniel Kail, and Miranda, Craig Jr. and Isabelle Edder; also, her Yorkie, Rosie. No visitation or services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Animal Rescue, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15208. Arrangements by the Paul E.
