Robert D. Payne, age 53 of Lincoln Borough, passed away at home on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 . Born June 17, 1966 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of Dean Payne of West Mifflin and Loretta Payne of Carnegie. A chef at the Carriage Inn Restaurant, Robert is survived, besides his parents, by his daughters Kailee Payne of Lincoln Borough and Danielle (Alex) Payne of Lansing, MI, his granddaughters Aubrey Pasquantonio and Kelsea Payne, and his sister Evelyn Green. Funeral arrangements for Robert are private at the request of the family and in the charge of the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, Versailles.
