Richard "Rich" J. Croyle, age 75, of Clairton passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024, at home. Born March 21, 1948, in Clairton, he was a son of the late William Henry and Annette Ruth (Burnside) Croyle. He worked as maintenance for Steel Valley COG in Homestead and was an Army veteran serving during Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion, Daniel Keffer Post #75, a former member of the Clairton Business Planning Commission, and a purple heart recipient. Rich was survived by his wife of 24 years Marna (Carper) Croyle; stepsons Jamme and Jeremy Magyar; grandsons Gavin and Tyler Magyar; granddaughters Aaleigha Kaulpson, Destiny, Kylie, and Laci Magyar, and Emily (Ian) Troxell; sister Mary (the late Lindsey) Burge of Bedford, OH; brother Kenneth Croyle of Clairton; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings William and Ralph Croyle, Dorothy Johns, and Helen Bleigh. All services are private at the request of the family.
