Rhonda L. (Dore) Vogel

Rhonda L. Vogel, age 73 of Versailles, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her friends and family.  Born September 14, 1946 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Frances (Downes) Dore.  A former medical assistant for Dr. George Eastman and a self-employed cosmetologist, Rhonda was an active volunteer: working to collect donations for needy families, seniors, and the MS Society.  She is survived by her children Danyelle Vogel of Versailles and David (Jocelyn) Vogel of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren Amber (Jerad) Johnston, Jessica (Keith) Kovaly, and Samantha Vogel; her sisters Judith and Caroline; and also nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Bob.  Rhonda also loved her "grandpuppies:" Kaiser, Chloe, Ebony, and Spaz and her late puppies Dublin, Sarin, Naomi, and Mac.  Funeral arrangements for Rhonda are private at the request of the family and in the care of the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, Versailles.
