Patricia A. Curinga

Patricia A. Curinga, beloved wife of Guy A. Curinga, Jr., passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at age 77.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Natalie (Rob) Kania; grandchildren Robbie, Luke, Julia and Gianna; brother Regis (Debra) Straka; sisters and brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents John J. Straka Sr. and Rose (Grunsky) Straka and several brothers and sisters.  Patty was a graduate of Clairton High School and received her bachelor's degree from California State University.  She taught in the Clairton School District before becoming a full-time homemaker.  Patty loved craftmaking and always had a holiday project underway.  Memorial contributions, if you wish, may be made to a charity of your choice.  Friends will be received at the A. J. Bekavac Funeral Home, Clairton, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 3 PM to 7 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 12 PM at St. Michael’s Church with Fr. Thomas J. Burke officiating (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH).  Procession and entombment will follow to Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
