Michael Habali Obituary

Michael Habali, age 91, of Blaine Hill, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Jefferson Hospital. He retired after 41 years as a motorman for U.S. Steel Clairton Works. Born October 9, 1929 in Clairton, he was a son of the late John and Vera (Dulonich) Habali. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Phyllis (Webb) Habali; son, Michael (Sande) Habali of Daytona Beach, FL; daughter, Linda (Dr. Michael Fontana) Fontana of White Oak; grandchildren, Kandace (Jay) Kettren of North Huntingdon, Jason (Emily) Habali of Ormond Beach, FL and Jon Habali of Florida; great-grandchildren, Taylar Getsy, Kalei Getsy, and Luke and Jacob Habali; also, nieces. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson, George, and sister, Mary Shepard. No visitation and services are planned. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
