Lois (Dandoy) Covelli

Lois (Dandoy) Covelli, age 85, of Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was a retired registered nurse at Jefferson Hospital and a graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Nursing as well as Mary Mount Manhattan College in New York City. She was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Church in Elrama where she was a eucharistic minister and lector. She enjoyed flower gardening and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Born March 15, 1935 in Elizabeth, she was a daughter of the late Emile M. and Theresa (Rich) Dandoy. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Anthony Covelli, as well as her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Marian Gemmell and Lillian Dandoy. Private memorial service will be held at St. Isaac Jogues Church followed by private burial at Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
