Lisa Ann (Harkins) Coleman

Lisa Ann (Harkins) Coleman, age 55, of Elrama, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Allegheny General Hospital. She retired as a sales consultant for Verizon and was part owner of Big Girls Barbecue. A graduate of Ringgold High School, she enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, and loved her family and three dogs. Born May 1, 1967 in Monongahela, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Sally (Walters) Harkins. She is survived by her husband, David Coleman, whom she was with for 28 years and married for 22 years; daughters, Stephanie Uremovich of Bridgeville and Tiffany Merolillo of Pittsburgh; siblings, Jenny (Bob) Bane of Charleroi, Leroy (Madeline) Harkins of Elrama, Keith (Renae) Harkins of Elizabeth Twp. and Scott (Karen) Harkins of New Eagle; sister-in-law, Felicia Harkins of Charleroi; also, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Donald Harkins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, SW Region, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh , PA 15205.
