Kelly Lynn Owens

Kelly Lynn Owens, age 44, of Forward Twp., passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She loved spending time with her children and family. Born April 9, 1977 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of Gary W. and Laura (Dobiak) Hughes of Forward Twp. In addition to her parents, she is survived by daughters, Ryleigh and Ashlyn Kicielinski of Forward Twp.; brother, Bryan Owens of Forward Twp.; fiance, Mark Carvelli of Belle Vernon; also, aunts, uncles and cousins. No visitation or services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to her family. A memorial gathering will take place at the Elizabeth Fire Hall on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 1-4 PM.
