Judith (Schallenberger) Fisher

Judith (Schallenberger) Fisher, age 84, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Jefferson Hospital. A member of the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association, she retired as a registered nurse at Jefferson Hospital. She was a member of St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Twp. Born March 13, 1940 in Jacobs Creek, she was a daughter of the late George and Margaret (Movic) Schallenberger and wife of the late Randolph H. Fisher Sr. She is survived by sons, David A. (Susan) Fisher of Allison Park and Richard D. (Susan) Fisher of Wickenburg, AZ; grandchildren, Katherine Fisher of Cleveland, Ohio, Megan (Drew) Dvorsky of Zebulon, NC and Christopher Fisher of Shaler Twp.; sister, Sister Carolyn Schallenberger of Pittsburgh; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Randolph H. Fisher Jr., and her dog, Missy. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Private burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
