James Dale Turner, Jr.

James Dale Turner, Jr., age 75, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away Thursday October 26, 2023, at Arden Courts of Jefferson Hills. He was a co-owner of Turner and Pershing Company in Elizabeth and was an avid golfer who loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. Born in Elizabeth on August 16, 1948, he was a son of the late James Dale Turner Sr. and the late Phyllis Irene (Lynch) Turner and was husband to the late Kathryn J. (Kopp) Turner who passed away February 24, 2015. He is survived by his daughter, Amy (Ron) Morosko of Elizabeth Twp; a son, Randy (Dana) Turner of West Mifflin; 7 grandchildren, Alex, Aden, and Ethan Morosko, and Jason, Ashley, Ryan, and Eva Turner; 4 great-grandchildren, Ellie, Bryce, Nolan, and Wyatt; two brothers, Edward A. (Melissa) Turner of Addison and Thomas (Darla) Turner of Elizabeth; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy L. Turner. Friends will be received Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 4-8 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth. A service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 10 AM on Monday, October 30, 2023, with Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Burial will follow at Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, Twp.
