James L. Barlow

James L. Barlow, age 73, of Elizabeth, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Countryside Skilled Nursing. A Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam War, he was a retired electrical engineer for Capintec Inc. in Pittsburgh. He was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church where he enjoyed volunteering. Born June 11, 1949 in Elizabeth, he was a son of the late William and Mary (Openshaw) Barlow. He is survived by his sister, Sarah Barlow Kennedy of Grove City; sister-in-law, Betsy Barlow of Addison; also, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Barlow, and brother, John Barlow. A Memorial Service will take place Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 3 PM at Elizabeth Baptist Church.
