Isabel Gail Cotero, age 70, formerly of Blythedale, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Oasis at Elizabeth. She was a mail room messenger for the Department of Energy in South Park and a social member of Buena Vista Fire Hall. Born November 20, 1955 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late James and Gazella (Sapos) Sturms and wife of the late Timothy E. Cotero. She is survived by her son, Joseph D. (Chrissy) Bonacci Jr. of Hookstown ; grandson, Gino Bonacci; sisters, Lynda (Mike) Abbott of Henderson, NV, Gertrude (Roger) Frantish of Buena Vista and Jamie Martin of West Mifflin; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings, Elizabeth “Pinky” Sasala, Edward McCormick and Clark McCormick and James Sturms. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 3 PM until the time of service at 6 PM in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Matt Fricker officiating.
