Ida Jean (Dusi) Hansen

Ida Jean (Dusi) Hansen, age 90, of Forward Twp., passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at The Residence at Arrowood. She retired after 35 years of service as a clerk at Boston Super Dollar grocery store and also from D. Jenkins Deli with 10 years of service. She was a member of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Twp. Born April 14,1933 in Forward Twp., she was a daughter of the late Giammaria and Ida (Bosetti) Dusi and wife of the late Arthur W. Hansen. She is survived by brothers, Frank Dusi of West Mifflin, Ernest Dusi of Apollo and Al Dusi of Elizabeth Twp.; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Catherine Heckman, Antoinette Dusi and Annie Rothey, and brothers, Andrew, John, Samuel, Paul and George Dusi. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 11 AM until the time of blessing at 1PM with the Rev. Thomas J. Burke officiating. Burial will follow in Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela.
