Gabriel A. Thomas

Gabriel A. Thomas, age 26, of Highlands Ranch, CO, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026 in Denver, CO. Gabriel was a creative individual from the start, showing extraordinary artistic talent from a young age. He had a deep passion for the outdoors, and spent an abundance of time hunting, fishing, and exploring. He was especially thrilled to visit family in Pittsburgh, where he could spend days on end in the woods or on the lake. Gabriel had a remarkable ability to build and create, often constructing forts, assembling intricate Lego sets, or bringing to life anything his little sister could imagine. He had a giving nature from early on, always picking out or making curated gifts for loved ones. Gabriel will be remembered for his generous heart, unique sense of humor, creative spirit, and the deep love he had for his family. Born December 27, 1999 in Denver, he was the son of Marshall and Holly (Zadroga) Thomas of Highlands Ranch, CO. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Sophia Thomas of Raleigh, NC and Stella Thomas of Highlands Ranch, CO; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Paula Zadroga of Elizabeth Twp.; paternal grandparents, Harry and Marilyn Thomas of Elizabeth Twp.; also, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, on Monday, June 1, 2026 from 4-7 PM. A blessing service will be Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10 AM in the funeral home with the Rev. Clint Zadroga officiating. Burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
