Florence M. (Fasiska) Corbin

Florence M. (Fasiska) Corbin, age 89, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Jefferson Hospital. She retired after 15 years doing food service prep for Eat 'n Park in Large. She was a devoted member of St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Twp., where she was a member of the Christian Mothers Women's Guild. Born November 23, 1934 in Glassport, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Gromacki) Fasiska and wife of 63 years to the love of her life, the late Ronald “Ronnie” F. Corbin. She is survived by her children, Cynthia (Doug) Poli of Abilene, TX, Todd (Ric Shaffer) Corbin of Pittsburgh, Chris (Tracey Berchok) Corbin of Elizabeth Twp. and Rona (Jerry) Smeak of Harmony; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; also, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 5-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 12 Noon in St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church with the Rev. Miroslaus Wojcicki officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
