Elizabeth R. (Lee) Vezzani

Elizabeth R. Vezzani, age 70 of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020 in UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born January 29, 1950 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Betty (Lopretto) Lee.  After earning her associates degree in accounting from Penn State, Elizabeth worked as a manager at Bell Credit Union in McKeesport.  A member of St. Michael's Parish in Elizabeth Twp., she will be remembered as a hard working, kind, and compassionate person who put others before herself and, most importantly, a great friend and sister to her family who will be sorely missed.  Besides her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Richard Vezzani, who passed away October 9, 2018, and her brother Tom Lee.  She is survived by her siblings Gen. Paul (Dorothy) Lee, USMC, Ret. of Dumfries, VA, Patty (Dan) Szabo of Elizabeth Twp., and Bob (Nancy) Lee of Franklin, TN; and her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.  Funeral arrangements for Elizabeth will be private, with burial in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.  Memorial contributions in Elizabeth's name should be made to St. Michael's Church, 1010 McLay Dr., Elizabeth, PA 15037.  Arrangements by the Daniel F.
