Dorothy Ann (Kubes) Fitzgibbons

Dorothy Ann Fitzgibbons, age 80, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away peacefully into the presence of God on Friday, May 1, 2026 at home. She was a retired nurse at Kane Community Living Center in McKeesport. Dorothy’s life was characterized by great loyalty and love toward her family and friends. She enjoyed oil painting, vacationing, and spending time with her loved ones. Born April 25, 1946 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Regina (Cegelski) Kubes. She is survived by her children, David (Shannon) Fitzgibbons of West Mifflin, Steven (Heather) Fitzgibbons of West Newton and Richard Fitzgibbons of Whitaker; grandchildren, Dustin, Carly and Galen; also, cousins and so many wonderful friends. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, for a memorial gathering Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 2 PM until the time of service at 5 PM with Pastor Kevin Labby officiating. A committal service will be Friday, May 8, 2026 at 1 PM at Holy Trinity Cemetery in West Mifflin. PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY.
