Denise H. Assenti

Denise Assenti, age 71 of Clairton, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026 in South Hills Post Acute, Bethel Park. Born May 19, 1954 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Constance (DeFabbo) Assenti.  Denise worked as an administrative assistant for Brentwood Borough and is survived by her sister Natalie (Tom) Hathazy of Clairton, her niece Nicole (Jonathan) Bilski of Jefferson Hills, her nephew Eric (Sandra) Hathazy of Jefferson Hills; her great-nephews and great-niece Casey, Colby, and Adison; and her dear friend Dinean Follador of Clairton.  Funeral arrangements are private at the request of the family and in the care of the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, Clairton.  Denise's family would like to thank all of her friends who reached out, visited, and helped her over the past few years.  You made her day.  And also, thank you to the staff at South Hills Post Acute for their exemplary care.
