David F. Kisan

David F. Kisan, age 58 of McKeesport, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.  Born September 15, 1963 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Stephen and Julia (Petach) Kisan.  A member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in McKeesport and graduate of both Serra High School and Ohio Institute of Technology/DeVry in Columbus, OH, David worked as a technician for Mood Media and was also the owner and proprietor of Dave Does AV.  He most of all loved spending time with his children, had a deep appreciation and knowledge of music, and enjoyed motorcycling on his Harley.  David is survived by his wife of 33 years Terri (Skotnicki) Kisan; his children David (Danny Currier), Ethan, Kayla, Keyland, Maxwell, Mason, and Brison Kisan; his brothers Stephen A. (Barbara) Kisan of Cleveland, OH and Michael J. Kisan of Versailles; and also nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, Versailles, on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM and Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM -- with a 4 PM Parastas service on Wednesday afternoon -- and 6 PM to 8 PM.  A Panachida Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 9:30 AM followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy in St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, McKeesport, with Fr. Donald Voss officiating.  Procession and burial will follow to St. Nicholas Cemetery, North Versailles.
