David G. Cochran, age 65, of Lincoln Borough, passed away with his sons by his side on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Jefferson Hospital. He was a machinist for Pittsburgh Carbide in Elizabeth and a member of Park Baptist Church in Versailles. Born October 5, 1956 in McKeesport, he was a son of George D. Cochran of Long Branch Borough and the late Violet (Creek) Cochran. In addition to his father, he is survived by his sons, David (Jessica) Cochran of Avonmore and Matthew L. Cochran of Lincoln Borough; grandchildren, Cody, David, Alison, Abigail, Caroline, Weston and Michael; siblings, Diane Hyde of Ruffsdale, Doreen Ahlin of Mt. Pleasant and Todd Cochran of Long Branch Borough; also, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 3 PM until the time of service at 7 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Robert Shallenberger officiating.
