Claire M. (Jenkins) Fekula

Claire M. (Jenkins) Fekula, age 90, of Forward Twp., passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at The Residence at Hilltop in Monongahela. She was a retired bookkeeer for the family business, Carl Fekula Inc. in Forward Twp., and a former employee for the Orphans Court in Pittsburgh. She was a member of Elizabeth United Methodist Church where she was very active and involved for many years, and was a member of the Elizabeth Women's Club. Born October 11, 1929 in East Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late George and Clara (Gwennup) Jenkins and wife of the late Carl Fekula. She is survived by sons, Donald H. (Connie) Weis of Virginia Beach, VA, Jeffrey G. (Julie) Weis of Corpus Christi, TX, Robert A. (Kathy) Weis of Forward Twp., and Carl P. (Denise) Fekula of Forward Twp.; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Levi) DeLeono, Nikki and Clair Weiss, Nick and Natalie Fekula, and Heather (Forrest) Corcoran; great-grandchildren, Bradley and Hailey Corcoran; also, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Sunday, June 7, 2020, from 12 PM until the time of service at 4 PM in the chapel with the Rev. Jack H. Piper officiating.
