Carol Ann (Rodino) Lasich

Carol Ann Lasich, age 79 of Clairton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.  Born November 19, 1939 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Mildred (Vuksic) Rodino.  A graduate of Clairton High School and a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Carol's family will remember her as the kindest, gentlest woman and an amazing mother, a fantastic grandmother to her granddaughter, but "GiGi" to many more.  Besides her parents, she joins her husband of 46 years, Robert M. Lasich, who passed away July 2, 2011.  Carol is survived by her children Lori A. Lasich of Rostraver Twp. and Robert F. (fiancee Kate E. Dadum) Lasich of Clairton; her granddaughter Isabella Patch; her sister Irene Plesniak of Elizabeth; and also nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.  Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, on Friday, May 3, 2019 from 11 AM until a 1 PM Blessing Service in the funeral home with Fr. Ken Kezmarsky officiating.  Procession and burial will follow to St. Clare Cemetery, Clairton.  In lieu of flowers, Carol's family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15136.
