Audrey L. (Furst) McGinn

Audrey L. McGinn, age 86, of Elizabeth, formerly of Dravosburg, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Southwestern Nursing Center. A member of Elizabeth United Methodist Church, she was a former dietary aide at Kane Nursing Home in McKeesport and a former housekeeper at U.S. Steel, Irvin Works. Born May 17, 1939 in Glassport, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Elizabeth (Kostura) Furst and wife of the late Francis R. McGinn. She is survived by sisters, Mary “Dew” (Curt) Briggs of Elizabeth Twp., Cynthia Ann Kukulka of Elizabeth Twp., Karen Goreck of Port Vue, Nancy Lee Furst of Elizabeth and Pamela (Don) Pishney of Elizabeth Twp.; brothers, John (Karen) Furst of Scottdale and Elmer (Katie) Furst Jr. of Dunbar; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Debra Donnelly and Joyce Jones, and brother, Francis Furst. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth, on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 12 noon until the time of service at 4 PM with the Rev. Adam Stump officiating. Private burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to Elizabeth United Methodist Church, 317 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth, PA 15037.
