Alice B. Ockay

Alice B. Ockay, age 92 of Versailles, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021 in John J. Kane Regional Center - GlenHazel.  Born December 7, 1928 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Julia (Demko) Ockay.  The former bar manager of the Holiday Inn in West Mifflin, Alice was also a former secretary for US Steel's Christy Park Works.  She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish - St. Patrick's Church and the CFU Lodge #146 of Versailles and its Ladies' Club.  Besides her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her siblings: Rose, Cyril, Method, and Andrew Ockay.  Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, Versailles,  on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 10 AM until a 12 Noon Blessing with Deacon Reynold Wilmer officiating.  Procession and burial will follow to Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, White Oak.
