Robert M. Huschak

Robert M. Huschak, age 72 of Elizabeth and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 in Jefferson Hospital.  Born May 12, 1945 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary (Rakoci) Huschak.  A retired Customer Service Representative at Lowe's in Belle Vernon, Robert was a Vietnam War Veteran of the US Navy, a member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church, and a member and former commander of the American Legion Daniel Keffer Post #75 in Clairton.  He is survived by his sons Robert S. (Marnie) Huschak of Burlington, IA, Heath C. (Jennifer) Huschak of Fallowfield Twp., and Timothy J. (Paula) Huschak of Baldwin; his daughters  Michelle (Steve) Tart of Sandy Springs, GA and Amy Huschak of Carrick; his grandchildren Preston Stewart, Robert, Jr., Sarah, Madison, Allison, Nicholas, and Juliet; his sisters Mary (Paul) LeDonne of Elizabeth Twp. and Joann (Sid) Cicchini of Belle Vernon; long time companion Carol Martin of Clairton and his nephews.  Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, Clairton, on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 12 Noon until a Parastas Service at 3:30 PM.  Interment will be private at the request of the family.
