Mary Ann (Dinello) Yurkovich

Mary Ann (Dinello) Yurkovich, age 91, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at home. A devout Catholic, she was a member of St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Twp. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed bowling, and was a caregiver to the elderly. Born April 8, 1928 in Dawson, NM, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Antonette (Sinesio) Dinello and wife of the late Carl Yurkovich. She is survived by daughter, Carol Mitchell of Monessen; sons, Mark C. (Amy) Yurkovich of Elizabeth Twp. and Jeffrey M. Yurkovich of Elizabeth Twp.; grandchildren, Erik, Brad, Chad, Carly and Jamie; great-grandchildren, Anna, Owen, Eliza, Gabriel, Caroline, Hailey, Morgan, Kellan and Olivia; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Eileen Harchar and Oliva "Ollie" Merletto; and brothers, Jino, John and Julio Dinello. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 9:30 AM in St. Michael Parish with the Rev. Thomas A. Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in West Newton Cemetery, West Newton.
