Karen (Remy) Remensnyder

Karen (Remy) Remensnyder, age 65 of Baldwin, passed away at home on Tuesday November 6, 2018.  She worked as an operations manager at Alcosan and a legal secretary for Fuge and Weiss Law Offices in Clairton.  Born November 16, 1952 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer and Ellen (Adkins) Remensnyder.  She is survived by her niece Erin Remensnyder of Robinson Township; nephews John and Joshua Daerr; great-nieces-and-nephews Paul Remensnyder and Nathan, Johnathon, and Brittney Daerr; sister-in-law Marcianne Remensnyder; and brother-in-law David Karako.  In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her brother Robert Remensnyder. Friends will be received on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 11 AM  until a 1 PM funeral service at the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, Versailles, with Rev. William Heaton officiating. Burial will follow at Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.  Memorial contributions are to be made to the American Civil Liberties Union, P.O. Box 60173, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
