Josephine A. (Chervon) Biles

Josephine A. (Chervon) Biles, age 71, of Elrama, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was a retired bank teller at Equibank in Pleasant Hills and enjoyed playing cards, traveling and going to the casino. Born June 27, 1948 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Mary (Buhonick) Chervon. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Michael G. Biles; siblings, Alvin Chervon, Jr. of North Carolina, Richard (Elizabeth) Chervon of South Park and Sylvia LaBonte of Yucca Valley, CA; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ron Chervon. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will take place on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Al Finney officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
