Jill Carol Guffey

Jill Carol Guffey, age 63, of Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at home. A former pharmacist at Jefferson Hospital, UPMC South Side and UPMC Shadyside, she was a member of Pine Run United Methodist Church. She was a photographer, enjoyed teaching, was a collector of antiques, and a world traveler. Born August 10, 1953 in West Mifflin, she was a daughter of the late Cecil W. Guffey Jr. and Jane (Carner) Guffey. She is survived by daughters, Rae Ellen Devier of State College and Elizabeth Ann (Josh) Evans of Port Vue; sons, Daniel (Anjulie Bec) Devier of Bellefont and Jordan Devier of Elizabeth; seven grandchildren; sister, Jan Ellen (Ken) Warner of Eighty Four; brother, Richard C. (Susan) Guffey of Washington; also, nieces and nephews. Private visitation and service took place at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth with Pastor Michael Airgood officiating.
