We remember Mrs. Brown as a teacher and as a summer visitor to the Billick homestead to work in her garden. Wish we all could have a wonderful long life. Rest in peace.
Son and daughter-in-law of Ruth and Earl Williams

Jean was a wonderful person and special teacher. I had the pleasure of knowing her and teaching with her at EFJHS. She always had a smile on her face and a pleasant word for everyone. The world is a better place because of her. My condolences to her entire family.

mrs. brown was my homeroom teacher in7th grade at the old junior high in elizabeth.
she was always very friendly with me and would tease me about eating pb&j sandwiches with kosher dill pickles for lunch! we had a good laugh about that.i'll always remember her with fondness.

Jean was a wonderful, pleasant person. I taught with her for many years and was fortunate to enjoy a slice of her raspberry pies as we shared the same lunch time. Jean's memory will live on for the many people who knew her and the students whose lives she influenced.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Brown family. Mrs. Brown lived across the street from our house for many years on 3rd Street and she was a wonderful lady with a great smile. Very friendly and I had great respect for her. Just a wonderful woman!
