Henry H. DeVault

Henry H. DeVault, age 96, of Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Jefferson Hospital. He was a retired blast furnace foreman at U.S. Steel Clairton Works and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Bethesda United Presbyterian Church and the Stephen Bayard Masonic Lodge #526, both in Elizabeth. Born June 11, 1922 in Morgantown, WV, he was a son of the late Henry N. DeVault and Beulah (Farrell) DeVault. He is survived by his wife of 77 years, Bertha (Watson) DeVault; daughters, Carol (the late Paul) Hood of McAllen, TX and Nancy (the late William) Medcalf of Wintersville, OH; four grandsons; two great grandsons; three great great grandchildren; brother, James (Bonnie) DeVault of Anderson, SC; good friends, Wendy Pasternak and Family; also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Walt Pietschmann officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
