Harry Lee Jeffers

Harry Lee Jeffers, age 78 of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 in Jefferson Hospital.  Born July 28, 1941 in Floreffe, Harry was a son of the late Howard and Ernestine (Vavra) Jeffers.  He was a US Army Veteran and worked at J&L Steel's South Side Works in Pittsburgh, the Yorkshire, and McDonalds.  He is survived by his wife of 29 years Mae Ann (Lazur) Ward; his sisters Dawn Walker and Debbie Simkin; and also nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his siblings Howard Jeffers and Janet Werner.  Funeral arrangements for Harry are private at the request of his family.  Memorial contributions in his name should be made to either the American Heart Association, 444 Liberty Ave., #1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or South Hills Pet Rescue, 15 Old 88, South Park, PA 15129.  Arrangements by the A.J.
