Dorothy Paquet Obituary

Dorothy (Caster) Paquet, age 94, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Country Care Manor. She attended the Elizabeth Baptist Church and was a former member of the Grand Square Dance group. She enjoyed playing cards and collecting books. Born November 26, 1925 in Forward Twp., she was a daughter of the late Fred and Lillian (Collins) Caster and wife of the late Thomas W. Paquet Sr. She is survived by sisters, Florence Shoemaker of Huntington and Janet Ufko of Elizabeth Twp.; brother, Fred Caster of Forward Twp.; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Thomas W. Paquet, Jr.; daughter, Darlene Paquet; sister, Dolores "Boots" Spinneweber; and brothers, Howard, William, Frank and Harry Caster. No visitation or services are planned. Private burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Animal Rescue, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
