Charles A. Flowers

Charles A. Flowers, age 79, of Elizabeth, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 at home. He was a retired steelworker at U.S. Steel Clairton Works. Born January 24, 1940 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Andrew and Helen (Lang) Flowers. He is survived by his daughters, Joyce (Mike) Pilyih of Pittsburgh and Ginger (Bob) Burgess of Fremont OH; step-daughters, Charmaine (Leroy) Davis, Cheryl Huschak and Patricia Howard; step-sons, Richard, James and Dennis Cupp; also, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Janice Flowers; his second wife, Beulah M. “Bonnie” Flowers; as well as brothers and sisters. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 4-8 PM. A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jude Urso officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
