Betty A. "Dolly" (Werner) McKown

Betty A. “Dolly” McKown, age 80, of Buena Vista, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018 at home. She enjoyed being a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and always remembered everyone's birthday. Born March 17, 1938 in West Elizabeth, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Anna (Wray) Werner. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Ronald L. McKown, Sr.; sons, James McKown of McKeesport, Ronald (Mimi) McKown, Jr. of Lincoln Place, Lonnie (Janice) McKown of Buena Vista, Michael McKown of New Eagle and Kurt Martin of Buena Vista; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; sister, Debbie (Lou) Campbell of Floreffe; brothers, Bob (Barb) Werner of Elizabeth and Chris Werner of Uniontown; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughters, Robin Wilde and Jeanie Bodzer. No visitation is planned. A funeral service will take place on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 12 Noon in the chapel at Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. with the Rev. Roy A. Kelly officiating. Arrangements by the Paul E.
