Laura Regina "Jean" Ludwick

Laura Regina “Jean” Ludwick, age 100 ½ , a lifetime resident of Elizabeth, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Hallsworth House in Monessen. She was a retired operator and facility assignor for Bell Telephone in Elizabeth. She was a member of St. John 23rd Parish, St. Isaac Jogues Church, Elrama, and a former member of St. Michael’s Church in Elizabeth. She was a card player and avid bingo player. She loved her dogs, cats and Polly parrot. Born September 25, 1925, in Elizabeth, she was the daughter of the late Elmer W. and Bertha (Kassler) Ludwick. She is survived by her cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William J. Ludwick, Sr., and nephew, William J. Ludwick. A funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 12 Noon in St. Michael’s Church, Elizabeth Twp., with Rev. Thomas J. Burke officiating. Everyone please meet at the church. Private burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John 23rd Parish, 1216 Collins Avenue, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.
