Patsy Lou (Fellabaum) Skrinjorich

Patsy Lou (Fellabaum) Skrinjorich, age 75, of Jefferson Hills, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was a retired nurse at the VA Hospital Healthcare System in Oakland, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a former member and vice-president of the Floreffe Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She was a beloved wife and the best mum and Grammer in the world. Pap hit the jackpot when he convinced Patsy that he was Mr. Right. As he always says, “He chased her until she caught him”. Born November 7, 1941 in Elizabeth, she was a daughter of the late Edmund and Honey (Barnes) Fellabaum. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Joseph Skrinjorich; two sons, Joe (Ginger) Skrinjorich of Shanksville and Don (Lynne) Skrinjorich of Newport News, VA; four grandchildren, Joey (Amanda) Skrinjorich, Amanda (Bobby) Skrinjorich, Christine Skrinjorich and Alex Skrinjorich, her special buddy; a brother, Austin “Chops” (Carol) Fellabaum of Jefferson Hills; also many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, 4401 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
