Marlyn Lee (Holmes) Holton

Marlyn Lee (Holmes) Holton, age 76, of Leesburg, FL and formerly of Buena Vista, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Tavares Hospice House in Tavares, FL. She was a member of St. Mary's of the Lake in Eustis, FL and a former member of St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Twp. She enjoyed baking and was a former baker. Born October 30, 1940 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Lillian (Murphy) Holmes. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John J. Holton of Leesburg; sons, Mark (Amy) Holton of Summerville, SC, Shawn Holton of Elizabeth Twp., and Brian Holton; grandchildren, A.J., Derek, Kylee, Kelsey, Kortney, Briana and Amanda Holton; also, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Blessing will take place on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11 AM in the funeral home with the Rev. Daniel T. Straughn officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, SW Region, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
