Gerald Thomas Miller, Jr.

Gerald Thomas Miller, Jr., age 55 of Versailles, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in John J. Kane Regional Center.   He was a son of Dorothy (Dancho) Miller of Versailles and the late Gerald T. Miller, Sr.  Gerald was a former employee of the Versailles Borough Street Department, Tom Clark Chevrolet, Tri Star Ford, and Brandywine Realty. He was a Lieutenant with the Versailles Volunteer Fire Department, a member of both the 11th Ward Club and the Versailles American Legion. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Cheryl Miller (Larry) Duvall; five children: Amanda, Shane, Katrina, Samantha and Jerry; seven grandchildren; and also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home & Crematory, Versailles, on Monday, June 12, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  A Blessing service will take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel with Fr. Daniel Straughn officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, Millvale.
